The correct provision of the services contracted by the USER, such as the search and consultancy of locations; management of permits for productions; management and intermediation of the rental of properties and furniture for productions. With whom do we share data?

For the correct management of the services, it may be necessary to provide USERS' data to public and/or private entities necessary for the correct performance of the contracted services, such as obtaining permits, contracting insurance; as well as to public administrations, notaries, communities of owners and/or law firms and tax advisors who manage the contracting of SPOT's services and/or services in which SPOT intermediaries; or the collection of the services.

Where do we get the data from?

We obtain USER data from various sources:

Directly from the USER who has contacted through the website and/or official profile of the social network.

Through a PARTNER, who provides the USER's details because the latter has expressed interest in SPOT's services.

What data do we process?
